Yes. Our address is accepted by the KRS (court register), CEIDG (sole-trader register), tax authorities (US), and ZUS.

The agreement runs for 1 year, paid annually upfront. If you don't notify us in writing at least 2 months before the end of the term, the contract automatically converts to an indefinite-period agreement that either party can terminate with 2 months' written notice.
No. Per §2.4 and §2.5 of the agreement, payment is due for the full term and is not pro-rated. If you stop using the service before the end of the period, or if we terminate for cause (e.g. non-payment, breach), no part of the fee is refunded.
Annual upfront. We issue a faktura proforma with a 7-day payment term; payment is by bank transfer to the account on the proforma. Once the payment clears, we issue a structured faktura VAT through KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur). On request we can also email you a PDF visualization of the invoice.
We charge statutory Polish late-payment interest for every day overdue. We may also suspend services — including access to mail and the client panel — until the balance is cleared. After a formal demand for payment, continued non-payment lets us terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
Extra letter scan pack (10 letters): 100 PLN net. Letter forwarding pack within Poland: 50 PLN net. Conference room: 200 PLN net per hour. Conference room time is fully paid on Silver, included for 3 hours/month on Gold, and 5 hours/month on Diamond — additional hours are billed at the standard rate.
You have 21 working days from the end of the contract to collect any mail we're still holding for you. After 90 working days from the end of the contract, we may destroy uncollected correspondence. The same 90-day destruction rule applies during the contract: mail you don't collect within 90 days of arrival may also be destroyed.
Within 14 days of the contract ending, you must notify the KRS, CEIDG and any other authorities or registries that you no longer have the right to use this address — and tell us in writing once you've done so. If you miss this deadline, we charge a contractual penalty of 100 PLN net for each started month of delay. After the 14 days, you may no longer use our address on any business documents, correspondence, or registers.
No. Under §5.3 of the agreement, the service is for your business only — you may not let third parties use the address or your client panel. Each breach triggers a 1000 PLN contractual penalty and gives us the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
Yes. The address is accepted for EU VAT registration, bank-account opening, and contracts with foreign counterparties. We're a scan-only service — every letter is opened (with your consent), scanned in colour, and uploaded to your panel. You read your mail from anywhere; physical letters are stored in Warsaw and can be collected by you or your appointed agent.
