The rooms are in our office at Al. Jerozolimskie 133/2 (02-304 Warsaw), in the Ochota district — on one of the city's main avenues, a few minutes' walk from Plac Zawiszy.
The smallest, for 8 people, is a private glass-walled room with a Smart TV for presentations. The room for 12 has natural daylight, and the largest, for 14, has a wall-mounted Smart TV.
Every room has air conditioning, fast fibre Wi-Fi and water, and coffee and tea are included.
The rooms are booked by companies that have no meeting room of their own, or need one in central Warsaw for a few hours — including clients who have their company address with us.
Each room costs 200 zł net per hour — 246 zł including VAT. You pay only for the hours you book: coffee, tea, water, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included, and every booking comes with a VAT invoice.
On the Gold plan of our virtual office an hour costs 175 zł net, and on the Diamond plan 150 zł net. You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
