A business address for company registration in Poland

Al. Jerozolimskie 133/2, 02-304 Warszawa is in Ochota, part of central Warsaw’s business area. The KRS court register, CEIDG, the tax office (Urząd Skarbowy) and ZUS accept it as a registered seat and business address — for a new business or a change of address.

In the KRS, a company states its seat (the town, Warsaw) and full address; sole traders give the address in CEIDG.

  • Limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) — seat and address in the KRS
  • Sole trader (JDG) — address in CEIDG
  • Foundations and associations — seat in the KRS
  • Branches of foreign companies — KRS-PR1

Your right to the address, in writing

Your agreement with Henry Luxury Estates Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001224245, NIP 1133193984) expressly authorises you to use the address in the KRS, CEIDG and other registers, on company documents, invoices, business cards, your website and marketing materials (§1.4). It is bilingual (Polish/English) and signed digitally; your data is processed under the GDPR (RODO) clause in Annex 2, with confidentiality guaranteed by contract.

It is a registration and correspondence address, not a workspace (§1.7); for meetings, you can book a conference room here online, by the hour, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
